The Running Edit is a three-part progressive Pilates series designed to give your body the mobility, stability, and strength it needs to run well.

The Running Edit combines expert physiotherapy programming with precise Pilates instruction. Each class is mindfully planned by a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, with a clear strategy behind every exercise and progression.

Mobility | October and November $170 | Six-week series

Stability | January and February $170 | Six-week series

-Feel more confident as you progress your mileage.

-Develop control and maintain strong technique as you run farther and faster.

Strength | March and April $170 | Six-week series

-Build more power and drive with each step.

-Feel stronger on hills and during speed work.

-Feel more comfortable as you progress distance and speed.

-Help reduce injury risk as you move through the season.
